When buying a house, its ok to ask if all blinds and attached curtains, valances, etc. will stay.  If a seller has items they want to keep this is written in the contract.  The DiMora Team are real estate experts in the Novi and Northville neighborhoods and we know that usually an addendum that states (for example) “drapes in master bedroom will not stay with property” is added to the contract.  You can always go back and have your agent ask if the purchasers wants every window treatment.  They might be willing to part with them.  Don’t be afraid to ask Realtors what the buyer meant by “window treatments-all” and remember that you are in the negotiating aspect of the deal and you can counter with “blinds will stay but not curtains”.  Everything in the purchase contract is negotiable and that’s what your Realtor is there for, to negotiate on your behalf.  Check out below to see what sold in Lakewoode Parkhomes in January 2016:
