Will it be hard to sell a small condo if you take out a tub and replace it with a walk-in shower? Technically speaking, converting a full bath to a ¾ bath will create a slight negative. However, in today’s world with fewer people luxuriating in standard bathtubs we doubt that the conversion will really matter in a future sale. This would not be wise.
