Stonewater in Northville, MI | Neighborhood Spotlight

As an experienced Novi and Northville REALTOR, I have worked in plenty of Northville neighborhoods over the years.

Every single neighborhood that I have worked in has had its own distinctive identity and its own claim to fame.

Today, I would like to begin my occasional series on stand-out Northville area neighborhoods by telling you about the Stonewater community.

This Northville community is considered one of the most prestigious subdivisions in the area and also has the distinction of being one of the only waterfront subdivisions in Northville.

Stonewater is actually made up of six distinct neighborhoods featuring homes ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet.

All 443 homes in the neighborhood were built between 1999 and 2008 and are governed by the same honeowners association.

For the most part, these homes are Colonial and Cape Cod style and most feature more than 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Many also have 3 plus garages.
