Pricing a home is not an exact science. Your home’s value is based on how many heated square feet it has. We also realize that if people are wanting to be zoned for a certain school zone, they will look anywhere in that zone for a home that meets their criteria. If there aren’t enough comparables within the Elementary School zone, you can expand to Middle School and then High School if needed. Remember, different people like different things.
