When Realtors look at the housing market statistics they look to see the number of homes active on the market, the months of supply that represents, how many sales there were last month and what is the median sales price. Buyers look at the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the asking price. Sellers want to know what is the price per square foot of the other sales in their neighborhood, and what did the person down the street sell their house for? The DiMora Team are real estate experts in the Novi and Northville neighborhoods and we look at the marketing side. We look at how many showings we have had and how many other homes are for sale in the neighborhood. Once one of those statistics becomes our customer, they are no longer a number.
