If you feel you would like to take pictures while walking through an Open House, you should first ask the peprmission of the Realtor holding the Open House if its ok to take photos. The DiMora Team are real estate experts in the Novi and Northville neighborhoods and we don’t think we’ve ever seen anyone with a camera at an open house. Nowdays, however, camers can be small and hidden in pockets or purses and many have cameras in their smart phones. Make sure that you abide by his/her decision. We would definitely avoid taking pictures of anything personal that may have been left out in the open. Check out below to see what sold in Walden Woods in November 2015:
46282 Cordoba Drive, Novi: 5 bedrooms, 4.1 bathrooms, 3,268 sq. feet, 3 car garage, Sold Price: $529,200

Actually, we personally would avoid the practice of taking photos. When we see people leave an Open House we look for empty hands. Taking photos is like taking something personal away with you and the seller could easily feel violated.
