If your house has been on the market for a while and there hasn’t been any showings or offers, talk to your agent and express your expectations of them and see what you can do to get your home sold and ask them what their expectations are of you so that you are all working toward the same goal. Have you looked at the marketing plan your agent is using? Have you googled the house on the Internet? The DiMora Team are real estate experts in the Northville and Novi neighborhoods and by looking at your listing on the Internet that should tell you if the listing is syndicated. At least in this market, price is a major factor. If you can’t come to agreement, you may have to ask to be released from the listing agreement and find an agent that will work for you. Check out below to see what sold in Hills of Crestwood in October 2015:
17600 Rolling Woods Circle, Northville: 4 bedrooms, 3.1 bathrooms, 3,515 sq. feet, 3 car garage, Sold Price: $572,000

Also, if your house has been on the market for a while and it hasn’t sold – either the price of the home is too high or the agent has set the commission offered to the Buyer’s Agent too low. Just compare your listings to the others and see what the difference is.
