A shortage of Northville and Novi move-in-ready homes and condos continue to drive up home prices.
In many of the areas larger subdivisions such as: Woodlands of Northville, Northville Hills Golf Club, Woodside Village, Country Club Village, Ravines of Northville, Hills of Crestwood, Stonewater, Island Lake and Arcadia Ridge only one or two homes are currently listed for sale. Inventory of move in ready homes is low and as soon as they hit the market they are sold within a week or sometimes just days. Real estate sellers in Northville and Novi have the power right now with buyer traffic continuing to pick up. Seller traffic is holding steady and real estate buyers are offering more than asking price sometimes without even seeing the house.
