I just helped a client buy a condominium in County Club Village. When I first talked to the buyer he said that he was looking for real estate in a subdivision that had a golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool and a club house in Northville yet close to shopping, freeways and restaurants. Country Club Village was one of the few in Northville that would fill all of his criteria in his price range. Over the years I have sold a lot of condominiums in Country Club Village so I am very familiar with the subdivision and all of the amenities that Country Club Village offers. Our first time out looking at real estate he wanted to see all the different condo complexes in Northville to get a feel for the area I showed him condominiums in Blue Heron Pointe, Woodlands of Northville, The Villas in Northville Hills Golf Club, Laird Haven and Country Club Village. It became very clear to him that Country Club Village had all the amenities that he was looking for.
